Nothing builds greater pride in one’s own trade than a good education
in that trade. There are many fine trades that young people should take notice
in, everything from teaching to nursing to engineering to plumbing; each one of
them having an endless amount of knowledge to be sought after. Even if someone
was to think that they had mastered their trade, new information is constantly
being created, engineered and proven out so no one ever has any business
becoming stagnant in their trade or profession.
We,
as a company have approached teaching the trade of ma In
our case we are willing to pay 100% of our apprentices education, the time we
spent one on one was probably even more costly. So any way you look at it, a
good formal education is the right way to go. Who's Who at Fronhofer Tool........ Introducing Dana BoschJust
over a year ago, Dana Bosch came to work for Fronhofer Tool.
He was hired on to work as a fabricator, his responsibilities starting
with but not limited to welding and grinding.
Art
has been a constant for Dana since high school, if he’s not constructing with
steel he’s creating with his song writing. Dana has been the lead vocalist in
the band “Kontraband,” where he can sing (sometimes his own music) and
expand on his own artistic talents. Dana
who describes himself as a sensitive family guy, enjoys spending time with his
eleven-year old son Brayden and his fiancé, Maryann. Together they enjoy
spending most of their free time in the great outdoors, hunting, motorcycle
riding etc. Dana is reliable, quick and efficient, all the while maintaining good attendance record. His constant commitment to continually improve himself makes him an ideal employee. Everyone enjoys working with Dana and that makes for a great work environment.
