Management at Fronhofer Tool 

    Most of our customers are familiar with our management structure but for those who will be visiting us for the first time, I thought this guide might be of some help. Keep in mind that we give all management the latitude with their job description required to keep the shop running smooth. Therefore, there will be crossover in some areas and it is at the discretion of the individual to use their best judgment. A good example of that is although only specific people are designated as teachers, when required, we all will and should share our knowledge to help keep things running smooth.
